TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

Roboclean Poland limited liability company, limited partnership headquartered at ul. Włościańska 29 lok. 1U, 01-710 Warsaw, registered under KRS number 0000638122 in the National Court Register, VAT number PL-5252652294, REGON 363999407 (the “Service Provider“), hereby establishes the following terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services (the “Terms“).

§ 1 Definitions

1. User – an entity using the website http://jpheater.com and other websites created and administered by Roboclean Poland limited liability company, limited partnership, being a natural person, legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, in particular local government bodies, integrated and non-integrated administration, governmental administration, and their auxiliary units.

2. Terms – these terms and conditions, which comply with the requirements for the provision of electronic services as defined in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended).

3. Service – the electronic service consisting of browsing the website’s content and placing orders through the form in the SHOP section.

4. Electronic services – services provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), by transmitting data upon the individual request of the service recipient, transmitted and received using devices for electronic data processing, including digital compression, and data storage, which are fully transmitted, received, or relayed via a telecommunications network within the meaning of the Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 171, item 1800, as amended).

5. ICT System – a set of cooperating IT devices and software ensuring the processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving, of data through telecommunications networks using appropriate telecommunication network end devices as defined by the Telecommunications Law.

6. Electronic means of communication – technical solutions, including ICT devices and cooperating software tools, enabling individual communication at a distance using data transmission between ICT systems, particularly electronic mail.

§ 2 General Rules

1. To use the services specified in these Terms, the User must have access to the Internet and a properly configured web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE, or another) and possess an active and correctly configured email account.

2. The use and provision of the Service does not create any additional mutual obligations between the User and the Service Provider beyond those arising from these Terms or applicable laws.

§ 3 Conditions for providing services and contract termination

1. Filling out the form and accepting the Terms is equivalent to entering into a contract for the provision of the Service by electronic means.

2. The User may withdraw from using the Service at any time by sending an email to office@jpheater.com, indicating the User’s withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data provided in the form and requesting the immediate cessation of the Service. Receipt of such an email by the Service Provider constitutes the termination of the contract for the provision of the Service by electronic means.

§ 4 Terms of service provision

1. The Service Provider provides services to the User within the scope and under the conditions specified in these Terms.

2. The User agrees to comply with these Terms.

3. The User is obliged to avoid the misuse of electronic communication means, including refraining from supplying or sending through the Service Provider’s ICT systems content that:

1. Disrupts or overloads the Service Provider’s or other entities’ ICT systems directly or indirectly involved in providing the electronic services.

2. Is illegal, infringes on the rights of third parties, violates generally accepted social norms, or contradicts applicable law.

§ 5 Delivery and Payment

1. Shipments within Poland are processed within 48 hours from the time the payment is credited. Orders are sent via the DPD courier service.

2. The delivery cost is covered by the customer, and the payment for the shipment is processed through the Przelewy24 payment gateway.

§ 6 Returns and Complaints

1. The customer has the right to return ordered goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable laws. The returned product must not show signs of use and should be packed in its original packaging.

2. A refund for the returned goods will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

§ 7 Complaint Procedure

Users may submit complaints regarding the provision of electronic services by emailing: office@jpheater.com

§ 8 Protection of personal data

Personal data provided by the User will be processed by Roboclean Poland limited liability company, limited partnership with its headquarters at ul. Włościańska 29 lok. 1U, 01-710 Warsaw, registered under KRS number 0000638122, VAT number PL-5252652294, REGON 363999407, under the following rules:

1. The personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of using the Services described in these Terms.

2. The User has the right to access their data and to correct it.

3. The User has the right to request that their data no longer be used unless the data in question is necessary for the provision of the Services. A request for data removal will be equivalent to the User’s declaration to terminate the contract for the provision of services.
