This information clause is directed to you, i.e., our customers, contractors, as well as their employees and collaborators, whose data we have received in connection with entering into contracts and establishing or maintaining business relations with you.
The data concerning our customers primarily includes name and surname, PESEL number, ID card number, residential address, phone number, and VAT identification number (NIP). Data concerning our contractors primarily includes name and surname, company name, business address, correspondence address, numbers in relevant registers such as VAT number (NIP) or REGON number, PESEL number, email address, phone number, and bank account number. For employees and collaborators of our contractors, this may include name and surname, job title, correspondence address, email address, phone number, and ID number.
In the case of direct contract agreements between you and us, the provision of the aforementioned data was necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract. The consequence of not providing the data could be the inability to perform certain actions related to the execution of contracts entered into by us.
Purpose, Storage Period, and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

To fulfill legal obligations of the Controller, e.g., storing invoices and accounting documents, making tax settlements – for the period specified by law (the basis for such processing will be applicable legal provisions).
For internal administrative purposes of the Controller, this includes creating statistics, reporting, and planning service development – for the period necessary to achieve these purposes, typically no longer than 5 years (the legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interests).
For establishing, pursuing, or defending claims – for the period during which claims arising from the contract may be asserted (the legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interests of the Controller).
To establish or maintain business relations and for direct marketing, including sending you marketing and promotional content, such as commercial offers, information about promotional activities, and events related to the Controller’s business – until you object (the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interests of the Controller).
Objection to Marketing Activities
You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time, free of charge, and in any form, by contacting the Controller via email.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit its processing. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of your personal data (you may object if your data is processed based on the Controller’s legitimate interests). To exercise these rights, please contact the Controller. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the Controller is violating your rights concerning personal data.

Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract; without this data, the contract could not be concluded or executed with the Controller.
Profiling
The Controller will not make decisions concerning you in an automated manner, including as a result of profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
